Another evening at the lake..well lake for Mike, park for us :-)

One fine March Evening

Last Friday evening after Mike got off work we went for a walk/bike ride to the lakes to stretch our legs and check out the fishing.  It was beautiful and I fully enjoyed the evening.  

Looking back it is even more blissful because the next day the beginnings of the never ending flu hit out house…ughhh…  

It's actually more of a 3 day flu, but in my family everyone likes to tag team being sick…it was Ella, then me, and then Maddie…we're on pins and needles just waiting for Mike's turn.  

Actually, he tends to hide from us when we are sick so maybe he escaped it?  I hope so because I am OVER it.  My head feels like exploding because I haven't slept more than an hour at a time since Saturday.  

But on to nicer thoughts…spring is almost here!!  yay!!! 

 I saw some flowers blooming and I cannot tell you how much I have missed seeing COLOR!
