I was feeling antsy this morning and decided I wanted to go check out Lon Hagler Reservoir with the fam. So after I very rudely woke Mike up from his deep slumber (it was 11, I thought he would survive) I rallied everyone out the door to get some fresh air.
And boy was it fresh…and COLD and beautiful. Seriously, we really need to explore our surroundings more. Usually if Mike deems a place un-fishable then we don't go, but I talked him into it and although he tried hard, the fishing was no better this time than it was last time.
We did see some duck hunters though and he was pretty excited about that. :-)
